Each of your small meal must comprise of foods containing easy to burn calories and hence you need to stay away from any kind of junk or fast food since the calorie content in these foods is not easy to burn and hence get stored as fat inside the body.
Now in addition to focusing on your diet, you also need to make some room for exercise in your daily schedule since you are looking for losing weight in a small window of two weeks. You daily sessions must consist of resistance training and not just regular aerobics. If you’re a sort of person who believes that exercising with weights is not your cup of coffee then you can introduce daily running or long walking sessions in your workout program. Remember you need to be a little harsh on yourself since you are looking for a quick and healthy weight loss solution. You can augment your walking with daily cycling, swimming or any other sweat draining sport of your liking.
