Plan your food intake

For brides, the diet makes a lot of difference. How much you eat is equally important as what you eat. Any deficiency might actually show on your face or body. You know you can’t spoil your looks on the wedding day. Starving yourself doesn’t help, it would rather decrease the metabolism rate and your body starts depositing fat. Eat more starchy food

You need energy to run around and arrange everything for the big day. You need the starch, just remember not to over-eat starchy food. Balance it with other low-fat food.

Exercise

The bride must take care of her health. Start exercising early; don’t keep it for the last month, week or hour. Exercise could be anything from swimming, running to walking. You need to start with relaxed work-outs and then slowly increase the time and intensity of exercise.

Set Realistic Goals

It’s your wedding but try to relax, don’t panic. Try to set achievable and realistic goals. What if a month before marriage, you change your diet plan and move completely to fruits? Your body is not tuned to the change. You might end up spoiling the show.

Take help from others

There are friends and family who have been married before you. Take advice from them on what to eat and when to exercise. Share your worries with others and de-stress, your skin will surely glow on the big day.
